Sunday April 14
with Peter Park
Circling is interpersonal meditation and a journey of exploration in authentic relationship. We shine a light on our relational blindspots and patterns by focusing on what's happening in the present moment within ourselves and with each other. We practice the art of seeing and being seen. We learn how to relax into our own being, without needing to earn attention or perform in any way. From this place, we access insights, freedom, and healing. It is a wonderful way to bridge the gap from silent mindfulness practice to enriching everyday relationships. Circling is done in pairs, small groups, and large groups.
Peter Park, an experienced teacher and practitioner who lives at the Center for Mindful Learning, will lead us on this journey. No experience necessary.
