CranioSacral Clinic treatments offer hour long, sliding scale sessions in the full body 10 step protocol of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. CranioSacral Therapy promotes deep restoration of the nervous system, processing and release of stored tension of the body, mind and emotions, and re-connection with inner resource. Pay what you can, $25-$55.

At the heart of CranioSacral Therapy, there is a quality of deep listening. This place of presence gives us space to remember our rhythm, to touch center, to release stored tension, to potentially process trauma and held experiences at the level of the nervous system, and to return to an alignment and flow that are held deep within our knowing.

With its origins in Cranial Osteopathy, CranioSacral Therapy centers its approach in the awareness that there is a central rhythm to the body that is deep, wise, and fundamentally regulatory. Unlike the rhythms in the body which react and respond to the signals of the outside world through the autonomic nervous system, the craniosacral rhythm is internally regulated. CranioSacral Therapy aims to witness, create space for, and to gently release any restrictions which inhibit the natural flow of this integral system. This is approached directly through gentle, subtle manipulation of the alignment of the cranial bones and sacrum, and indirectly through light-touch release of the fascial networks woven throughout the body, to return the total system to its natural balance. CranioSacral Therapy holds a central concept that when we are given the space and presence to return to our natural alignment and rhythms, a state of inherent balance can be achieved and self-governed.

CranioSacral Therapy can serve as a deeply restorative practice for the nervous system. It can assist us in releasing, unwinding, and processing held tensions of the body, mind and emotions, and returning a state of nurtured center.

Mea is a seeker, listener, and enthusiastic cultivator of presence. They are enchanted by the wisdom and eloquence of the body; from the deeply substantial to the song of the subtle. Their path to the present moment has led them through over 20 years of practice and learning of esoteric healing arts, of which they are currently and always in a walk of questioning and learning of right relationship.

As a Non-Binary Transgender person with long-term sobriety, Mea is passionate about the journey of living from center, of honoring the inner knowing that arises from this wise place, and of the alchemical potential of the embodied spirit.
