Sliding scale/Pay What You Can Somatic Bodywork and Support A day long "clinic" offering 45-minute ONE:ONE somatic sessions. Somatic Support Sessions: Bodywork, Movement Education and Therapeutic Nervous System Re-Patterning offers multilayered ease, release and transformation for being a whole human, rooted in the body. In-Person or ZOOM options. Pre-registration is required. What to Know: *Masking is currently optional. You may request the practitioner to wear a mask. An air filter will be running. *Wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is encouraged. *Studio is a shoe-free and fragrance-free zone. *If you are signing up for Zoom session, a link should arrive upon registration.
