8 weeks Wednesdays April 27th-June 15th, 2022 6-7:30 pm As we emerge from a not-quite-over pandemic, a time in which for many of us touch, proximity and movement were all limited or reshaped, coming into community practice of embodied relational listening skills is more relevant than ever. Together we will learn from and through the movement form of Contact Improvisation to support us in navigating boundaries and consent, relearning safety in our bodies, and coming back into relationship with others. |
