Growing Resilience: Being Trauma Informed Course

Join us for our 7th Annual Course. The prevalence of trauma and its effects are astounding. Join a community of professionals and other dedicated change makers for in-person experiential learning of somatics, trauma, resilience and social justice with experienced educators and practitioners. This course occurs annually each winter. |

Applicable to people of all professions and walks of life, you will learn skills of building embodied resilience, why this is vital in creating change, and how to apply those skills in your workplace, communities, and organizations. |
Conflict Support for the People

-Temporarily on Pause- Returning Spring 2025 Get support for a conflict in your life with Abbi. You can choose to explore the conflict through the lens of Real Dialogue, the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory or through your own somatic experience. Real Dialogue offers skills and a way of talking that can shift difficult conversations into generative conflict and understanding. The lens of the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory offers empowering information around belonging, activation/triggers, and co-regulation. Exploring a conflict through your somatic experience can support your own regulation to be able to return to the relationship with more capacity. One person seeking support, sign up for one hour.
