Circling is a practice of being present and communicating what is most alive within one’s self and between those with whom you are circling.  

In circling we will practice noticing what is happening within one’s self in the moment, sharing and owning our experience, discovering someone else’s world with curiosity and acceptance, sharing the impact that someone has on you, uncovering relational blind spots and more​.

Each circling session with be supplemented with meditation or embodiment practices.
