Rise Up Dance Therapy

April 8, 15, 22, 29
Tuesdays 4:30-6pm

with Sarai Hinkley

Be part of a collaborative, anti-authoritarian, body-positive, somatic movement practice. Find support in quieting your mind, listening deeply to your body and becoming more present.

This is not your usual yoga class.  Authentic movement, improvisation and dance therapy techniques are used as ways of becoming more attuned to what is happening within.

This is a non-judgmental space to let go, focus on self-care and investigate what brings you joy. Let your body lead the way towards a deeper kind of listening, radical self-expression and body/mind health. Learn to mobilize courage and express the truth that arises from your body.

Pre-registration Required

Sliding scale per class: $15-$25
