Natural Fitness Class Series
Abbi is a dedicated embodiment activist and teacher who has been developing and unleashing her own body intelligence daily for over 17 years. Abbi gives thanks for all she has learned from her dear friend and teacher Aaron Cantor and his synthesis of movement intelligence called Primal Practice. With his endorsement she shares some of his material. Click here to learn more about Aaron. Private Sessions with Abbi are available. "I HIGHLY recommend this class! This class is so much fun and will make you leave happy, glowing, and fit!" ~Martina Wagner, Chocolatier & Mother of 2 "I just came back from my first class at The Everything Space (64 Main Street) and it was so much fun. Abbi is such a fun and responsive teacher and the class was safe, fun, and inviting- not usually something clumsy, shy, me says about movement classes. Even though it is called "natural fitness" this class is about moving and having fun in your body- it doesn't feel like a workout, even though it is. I can't wait to go back next week. Maybe I'll see you there!" ~Michelle Acciavatti, Compassionate End of Life Guide at Ending Well |
