Josie Green, RCST®

Josie Green has been studying craniosacral therapy since 2011, and has been a certified RCST® practitioner since 2015.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on treatment performed on a massage table, with the client fully clothed. Its focus is helping the body's nervous system slow down and find a state of balance, in order to release past traumas, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. All animals have natural trauma releasing tactics, but in our increasingly fast-paced lifestyles, we often override our bodies' instinctual functioning, which causes the effects of stress to linger and keeps us from accessing our inherent health.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can get our nervous systems back to a place of optimal presence and functionality, restoring the health that exists in us. The practitioner uses subtle perception and presence to detect patterns and inconsistencies in the body, and then guides the nervous system to access its innate healing, in a safe and trauma-informed environment.

$60 for a 1-hour session (Sliding scale $45-$75)
