What it is:
A professional development course designed to offer an experiential anatomy course as tools for embodied changework, integrating the frameworks of BodyMind Centering, Axis Syllabus and the Somatic Body. Course is taught through a polyvagal-informed and justice-oriented lens, using practice-based modes of group learning supported by 1:1 coaching to support professional & material integration and application.
