In celebration of our farmers, who feed and nourish our bodies and communities, I offer a winter gift package to tend you and your bodies. "Tending our Farmers" is a discounted gift package of three 90 minute trauma informed somatic sessions for farmers and tenders of land/plant/more-than-human. As a grower of food and medicine, I understand the fullness of the growing season; how much is given. I understand "being on call" for the rhythms and cycles felt by the land yet not always honored by the constructed colonial clock. I understand the need for deep rest and rejuvenation in the breaks or off seasons. My hope is that this offer may provide some care and tending to support you, and your body, this winter season.
